Appointment Policies

Payment & Refund Policy
- All appointments must be booked in advanced, no walk in appointments.

- We kindly ask for at least 24-48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or changes made within this timeframe allows us to offer your spot to another client.

- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
​
- Late arrivals, if you arrive more than 10 - 15 minutes late, we may have to shorten your service time or reschedule your appointment. Full payment for the service may still be required.
​
- For safety reasons and to maintain a calm environment, we kindly request that children and guests not be brought to your appointment.
- We have specific guidelines for individuals under the age of 18 to ensure their safety and compliance with legal standards.

- Parental consent: clients under the age of 18 must have written parental or legal guardian consent before receiving any beauty services.
​
- A parent or guardian must accompany the minor to the appointment and remain present during the consultation.
​
- For more invasive procedures like lash extensions, permanent makeup, or chemical treatments, the parent or guardian may be required to stay for the entire service.
​
- Age restrictions: Lash extensions, must be at least 16 years old with parental consent. PMU, must be 18 years or older. No exceptions. Waxing services, clients must be at least 16 years old with parental consent. Other services, age restrictions may apply depending on the service and will be discussed during the consultation.

- For all Clients under 18, a consultation is required prior to any service. This ensures that both the client and their guardian fully understand the procedure, aftercare, and any potential risks involved.
​
- ID verification, we reserve the right to request identification to verify age before performing any services.
​
- A liability waiver must be signed by the parent or guardian before and service is performed on minor.
​
- Health and Safety, we prioritize the safety of all out clients. If any service is deemed inappropriate for a minor based on skin type, maturity, or other factors, we reserve the right to decline service.

- Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash or card.
​
- Non-refundable deposit of 30% total is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied towards your service.
​
- Refunds: We do not offer refunds on services. If you are unhappy with your results, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can arrange a complementary adjustment.
